Dusty Miller, BF Head of Performance (Olympic) & Performance Coach Development, shares:

“Your selection to coach at the European and World Championships reflects more than technical competence; it reflects trust in how you lead. At BF, we strive for excellence through preparation and accountability, we act with integrity in every decision, we champion inclusivity in our environments, and we remain relentlessly athlete-centred in our purpose. This championship is not only about outcomes, but about the standards you set, the culture you reinforce, and the belief you instil in those you lead. Coach with clarity, act with conviction, and represent BF in a way that leaves a lasting impact, on our performances and on our people.”

Sarah Jones, BF Head of Talent, comments:

“Congratulations to the coaches selected to support our athletes at the major championships. Your commitment to excellence, respect, and teamwork will play a vital role in creating the best possible environment for our athletes. The championships are not only an opportunity for our athletes to perform at the highest level, but also for our coaches to grow and develop alongside them. Together, we are building a culture of collaboration that strengthens the GBR Pathway.”

Chris Turner, BF Head of Coaching & Workforce, adds:

“Congratulations to all the coaches who have been selected, which is testament to their ongoing learning and commitment in the coaching space. Major championships provide a great opportunity for coach learning, and I look forward to working with the coaches to capture their reflections and what this means for our wider coach development work.”

This selection reflects the depth and quality of BF’s coaching talent. From Tbilisi to Rio, we’ll be supporting athletes to maximise their potential to achieve international medal success.

We wish the best of luck to all the athletes and coaches as they prepare to represent GBR.
