As previously announced, British Fencing is looking for voluntary Weapon Managers in Epee and Sabre to work with the World Class Programme in the organisation and management of non World-Class Programme funded squads and athletes. These posts will work closely with the Performance Director and Head of Pathway Development to ensure that the programme of activity and competition programme aligns with the WCP. The Weapon Manager will assist and support athletes in those weapons who are looking to progress their own performances with the aim of transitioning on to the WCP as and when performances and resources allow.
