Entry Fee Support Scheme

BF is mindful of the rising costs of attending fencing events and the potential barrier to participation that this creates for some members of our community.

(More information on why event costs are rising can be found here: CHALLENGING TIMES AHEAD FOR BF EVENTS AS COSTS RISE – BRITISH FENCING)

As a result, BF is offering a limited number of free entries. These will be offered based on financial need, not on ability.  This scheme will cover 100% of the entry fee cost.

To apply, please complete the Entry Fee Support Scheme Application Form.

Applications close on Wednesday 15th March 2023 at 5pm.

All applicants will be told the outcome of their application by close of play on Friday 17th March 2023 .

If you are applying for the Entry Fee Support Scheme, please do not enter the event until you have learnt the outcome of your application. You will find out whether your application has been successful or not before the entry deadline for the competition.
